Our Vision

We are a non-profit organization committed to the expansion of mental health awareness and the reduction of stigma in the mentally ill. We were established in April 2018 with the desire to close the gap in mental health by educating our community.

Shrink Box, established in the State of Texas, started as a podcast discussing relevant mental health issues affecting society. Today, Shrink Box is involved in expanding mental health awareness via education, stakeholder engagement, and the development of community programs meaningful to our vision.
